As you can see, there is no actual "Character Sheet" registration forum. This is because it isn't necessary. What's to be of importance is your Hatsu type. Anyone can get out of any trouble, so long as they have enough experience and skill.

If you look in your profile, there is an optional section reading "Character Sheet" once you fill it, people can look under your avatar (wherever you post) and can read the profile. Below is a sheet to follow if you ever wish to fill up a profile. Otherwise, post [HERE] to detail to us your Hatsu and its capabilities.
